Seasonal Lawn Maintenance
Lawn maintenance program designed for the owner who does not have the time during the busy spring and summer months to care for the weekly maintenance needs of their lawn.
• Provided March through October
• Early Spring Dormant grass removal
• Weekly mowing, trimming, and edging
• Debris removal from lawn and hard surface areas
Optional Services:
- Shrub Trimming: services are provided every 6-8 weeks (or as needed)
- Landscape Weed Control: Hand and chemical weeding provided with or without shrub trimming to reduce unwanted weed growth in bed areas.
- Mulching: Adding or replacement of mulch in bed areas to retain moisture and prevent unwanted weeds.
Annual Lawn Maintenance
Year Round Lawn maintenance program designed for the owner who values a well-maintained lawn throughout the whole year.
• Provided on an annual basis
• Early Spring Dormant grass removal
• Weekly mowing, trimming, and edging from March through October
• Debris removal from lawn and hard surface areas
• Leaf and winter debris removal provided bi-weekly depending on the weather from November through February
Optional Services:
- Shrub Trimming: services are provided every 6-8 weeks (or as needed)
- Landscape Weed Control: Hand and chemical weeding provided with or without shrub trimming to reduce unwanted weed growth in bed areas.
- Mulching: Adding or replacement of mulch in bed areas to retain moisture and prevent unwanted weeds.
